Educational technology and digital education: it is time to ask the right questions. What kind of digital world do we want for education and for citizens ?
In order to break free from proprietary formats and software and to no longer be under the yoke of unfair online services, many free and fair alternative solutions exist, they are often free of charge and easy to use, and it is time to take an interest in them and to promote them.
"We do not inherit the digital world from our ancestors, we prepare it for our children!"
To this end, we are organising the first French-speaking international conference on the subject, Éducalibre, in Brussels on 4, 5 and 6 July 2026.
You will have the opportunity to attend several types of sessions:

  • Lightning talks;
  • Conferences;
  • Residencies;
  • Workshops.

We will also offer round tables.
A wide audience is expected, from the educational community to political decision-makers, but also more broadly all people interested in digital citizenship.
For professionals, it will be an opportunity to showcase your expertise and to meet as many interested people as possible.
To move forward together towards a digital world that is free, open, fair, supportive and sustainable, see you all at Éducalibre-2026 in Brussels!
