Basile Starynkevitch
Born in 1959, Basile Starynkevitch graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan (math & computer science).
He defended in 1990 a PhD thesis in computer science (at Paris 6 university) with a focus on metaknowledge based systems.
